DIY Bohemian chic jewelry with this month's box set from My Vintage charms!

Do you remember a few weeks ago when I introduced you to the monthly subscription boxes from My Vintage charms? Surprise, surprise they were kind enough to send me May's box also! The theme this month is boho! Since I love anything boho and I had my birthday a week ago, this was like the best birthday gift! As soon as I opened the box, I started thinking of lots of things to make! My first idea was to make a tassel necklace!

I will give you the instructions to make this tassel necklace in a bit but first here's a pick of what's inside this month's box :

Inside this month's box you can find a huge selection of boho charms, cute tassels, beads and pendants. They were wrapped in a beautiful paper. The icing on the cake is a unique designer card! For my first project, the tassel necklace, here's what I used :

All these were in the box (and the jumprings!), I only added the headpin!
First I used the headpin to connect the Buddha bead with one tassel and I put jumprings on all the tassels and on the colorful little bells.

Next I attached the tassels, the bells and the pendant to the chain necklace. (The chain was a ready-made necklace complete with a clasp so I didn't have to do anything more!)

I really like the way this tassel necklace turned out! It's so colorful and playfull! I have a feeling that it's going to be my favorite for the summer!

I also made a pair of earrings using these stunning turquoise howlite beads and the filigree charms.

Finally, I found these two colorful bangles in the box and I paired them with some charms.

I'm certainly not done with this box, I can make more beautiful boho jewelry with it's content! Just like the previous one this box was also nicely and thoughtfully put together and opening it was a nice surprise!

Glamorous chain beaded earrings DIY

Here's a very easy jewelry making project : A pair of minimal but also glamorous chain earrings!

Σήμερα σας έχω ένα πολύ εύκολο project, ένα ζευγάρι σκουλαρίκια από αλυσίδα και χάντρες που μπορεί να δείχνει απλό αλλά είναι και εντυπωσιακό μαζί!

Materials :

-4 small pieces of dainty chain
-2 earring hooks
-4 tear-drop beads
-8 small beads (4mm)
-4 headpins
-2 eyepins
Round-nose pliers and flat-nose pliers

Να τι χρησιμοποίησα :
-4 μικρά κομμάτια από ψιλή αλυσίδα
-2 γάντζοι σκουλαρικιών
-4 χάντρες "δάκρυα"
-8 μικρές χάντρες των 4 mm
-4 γράνες με κεφάλι
-2 γράνες με θηλειά
Πένσες

Make sure you have 4 pieces of chain in total, each pair of chains should not be the same size but assymetrical.

Χωρίστε τα 4 κομμάτια της αλυσίδας σε ζευγάρια. Δυο κομμάτια ίσα, τα άλλα δυο ίσα μεταξύ τους αλλά μικρότερα από το πρώτο ζευγάρι. Για κάθε σκουλαρίκι θα χρησιμοποίησετε ένα ζευγάρι ανόμοιων αλυσίδων.

Slide each teardrop bead to each headpin and make a loop at the end of each one.

Πάρτε τις χάντρες "δάκρυα" και περάστε τες την καθεμία σε μια γράνα. Ασφαλίστε με θηλειά που θα κανετε στην άκρη με την πένσα σας.

Next take each headpin with the beads and attach them to each one of the chain pieces. Each earring needs to have two chain pieces.

Τώρα ενώστε τις χάντρες με τις αλυσίδες. Κάθε σκουλαρίκι έχει δυο άνισες αλυσίδες.

Take four beads and slide them to an eyepin and secure with another loop. Make two pairs of four beads each.

Πάρτε τέσσερις χαντρούλες, περάστε τες σε μια γράνα με θηλειά και ασφαλίστε με άλλη μια θηλειά. Φτιάξτε συνολικά 2 γράνες που η καθεμία θα έχει από 4 χάντρες.

Attach those eyepins to the chains. A pair of chains to one eyepin with beads.

Ενώστε την κάθε γράνα με τις χάντρες με τα ζευγάρια των άνισων αλυσίδων.
